Can’t see TM-Save in Adobe Acrobat 9?
In certain cases, when you open a PDF you will not see the TM-Save button. This happens especially when opening PDF files from certain web-browsers. Hit Alt-F8 or choose View -> Toolbars -> Reset Toolbars, and you will have restored functionality.
